People are desperate for food and water in Haiti


The Army Times is reporting that U.S. soliders have been ordered to stop handing out food in earthquake-ravaged Haiti.

“The main U.S. aid agency said the Army should not be distributing the food packages.”

Knowing this, why do people still think the government will take care of them in a disaster?
